Mulan Female Leadership Club is an all women's community established to bring together all female leaders for a better career and life at Budweiser. It is a great platform to network along with opportunities to hear from keynote speakers, attend diverse training courses including leading at Budweiser APAC.

BIAS BREAKER TRAINING

The company organizes Bias-breaker training every year to enhance awareness of our hiring managers and create an inclusive culture that helps indentify and eliminate any hidden biases in recruitment, development, promotion and other people cycle processes.

GLOBAL PARENTAL STANDARD POLICY

We implement global standard that supports and celebrates life and new parents who are eligible for Maternity Leave, Parental Bonding Leave, Pre-baby Support and even Return-to-Work Support facilities like the Breast Feeding rooms.
